In the factory’s shipping area, the professional crating team is carrying out wooden crate packaging for the packaging equipment in an orderly manner. Workers first remove the temporary protective packaging of the machine, and conduct pre-shipment re-inspection on the body appearance, core metering components and supporting spare parts one by one, to confirm the equipment is in good condition, the spare parts list matches the order, and there is no damage or omission.
After verification, workers wrap the whole machine with dust-proof and moisture-proof film, and add custom foam padding and corner protectors for precision parts such as weighing load cells, sealing cutter assemblies and touch panels for special shock-proof buffer treatment. Then the equipment is steadily lifted into the solid fumigated wooden crate by crane, filled with high-density cushioning material around, and firmly fixed with pressure strips to avoid displacement during long-distance transportation. Finally, the crate lid is nailed, and shipping marks, fragile and moisture-proof labels are attached.
Every crating procedure strictly follows quality control standards, to ensure the equipment arrives intact after cross-border transportation and is delivered to the customer’s production site as scheduled.
